1. Balance Refund

Funds added to your Followers Lelo account are generally non-refundable. Once balance is added, it cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts, UPI, or other payment methods.

2. Order Refund

If an order cannot be completed due to service issues, server problems, or cancellation from the provider's side, the amount will be automatically refunded to your Followers Lelo account balance.

3. Partial Refund

If an order is partially completed, only the remaining uncompleted amount will be refunded to your account balance.

4. Wrong Orders

Customers are responsible for providing correct usernames, links, and order details. Refunds will not be provided for orders placed with incorrect information.

5. Duplicate Orders

If duplicate orders cause issues with delivery, Followers Lelo will not be responsible for any losses or delays.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback or payment dispute against completed transactions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

7. Service Drops

For refill-supported services, users can request a refill within the specified refill period. Non-refill services are not eligible for refunds due to drops.

8. Policy Changes

Followers Lelo reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
